Air conditioning

An air conditioning system is essential to maintain comfortable and healthy environments, whether in homes, offices, stores or industries. It has the ability to control temperature, humidity and air quality, ensuring a more pleasant and safer environment for the people who use it.

Other benefits are increased productivity, reduced fatigue and stress, prevention of respiratory problems and allergies, in addition to preserving the integrity of furniture and equipment.

At Energy Air we offer a wide variety of air conditioning systems, we work with high quality equipment from renowned brands in the market, ensuring the efficiency and durability of your investment.

We take care of the entire process, from choosing the equipment to installation and maintenance, ensuring the best performance and efficiency of your air conditioning system.

Mechanical ventilation

Used indoors to promote air renewal, control temperature and maintain indoor air quality, these systems are common in commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, factories, among others.

The system is divided into two categories, supply and exhaust:

The first is used in environments where it is necessary to maintain indoor air quality, such as hospitals and laboratories. In these cases, the air is filtered and climatised before being blown into the room, ensuring clean and healthy air.

The exhaust system is used in environments where it is necessary to remove stale air, such as bathrooms, kitchens and factories. In these cases, air is removed from the environment and released to the outside, allowing fresh air to enter.

Utilities automation

Automation systems have been widely used in modern industries to increase the efficiency and productivity of systems that make up the utilities of buildings and consists of performing tasks that would normally be done by human beings.

The philosophy of integrating control (HVAC, lighting and engines in general) and management of functions with a focus on economy and sustainability, has increasingly proven to be the most flexible and easy to operate.

Using communication with Modbus, Lonworks, BacNET protocols among others, integration with existing systems becomes simplified. By adding system supervision using the internet browser, we have a complete solution, with full control over the installation of utilities regardless of where it is located.

Air quality monitoring

Indoor air quality monitoring is a fundamental tool to ensure the health and well-being of indoor occupants. Analyzing indoor air quality is especially important to combat the spread of airborne viruses and reduce the risk of infection in environments where many people gather.

The transmission of respiratory diseases such as COVID-19 can occur through the air, especially in closed and poorly ventilated environments, so monitoring and analysis of indoor air quality is essential to combat the spread of viruses.

Therefore, it is essential to invest in indoor air quality monitoring systems to ensure the safety of indoor occupants.

Immersion cooling - data center

Immersion cooling is a technique used to cool IT equipment components that consists of submerging computer components in a thermally conductive and dielectric liquid. Through this practice, the servers are cooled and the heat is transferred from the source to the liquid.

Submer solutions are designed to maximize interior space and achieve operational and energy efficiency through immersion cooling.

The solutions are powered by Submer's immersive technology, which empowers users to experience high-density computing environments while simultaneously reducing their impact on the environment and increasing levels of sustainability.

Adiabatic cooling

Adiabatic cooling, also known as evaporative cooling, works on the principle of water evaporation, whereby the air is cooled to a comfortable temperature.

It is a cooling and ventilation technique that uses water as a coolant.

During the evaporative cooling process, water is evaporated into a stream of air and changes from a liquid to a gas. This transition requires energy, which is extracted from the air in the form of heat. As a result of this process, the air is cooled.

Maintenance and PMOC according to RE N°09

More and more air conditioning equipment is being installed to provide comfort and well-being in environments for its users.

So that the air quality in these environments meets the requirements of the legislation and does not have problems, it is necessary to carry out adequate maintenance of the equipment.

One of the consequences of the lack of maintenance and cleaning procedures can be the saturation of the filters by particulate matter, causing a decrease in the volume of external air and, consequently, an increase in the recirculation of internal air and contamination by microbiological agents or chemical agents.
